Many have been asking me for my recipes. Try this one for a gluten free sandwich bread. I like Pamela's mixes because I do not have the time to mix and measure flours.
Gluten Free Sandwich Bread
This recipe is tried and true. I think I can still improve though. We are not huge fans of sorghum, but my family likes this recipe anyway. You can mix it and bake it by hand, but I created this recipe using a bread machine on a white bread setting for 2 lb loaf and medium crust.
Ingredients:
3 cups Pamela’s Bread Mix (This mix is different from the pancake mix) 2 ½ tsp. Yeast 1 ¼ cup of water ¼ cup of oil 1 tbl. Cider Vinegar 1 tbl. Butter 3 eggs 1 Tbl. Honey (optional)
